- In a large pot, fill it up with tap water until half full.
- Over medium high heat, wait until the water begins to boil and add in your Korean glass noodles.
- Cook for roughly 3 minutes or until the noodles are softer but still quite firm (too firm to eat with a dense center)
- Add in your sweet bell peppers, carrots, and onions. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add in your spinach and cook for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and put the lid on. Wait for another 1-2 minutes and then drain.
- Put the pot on a heating pad and do NOT apply more heat to it or put it back on the burner. The residual heat will cook and fuse all the seasonings together.
- Add in your soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and oyster sauce. Give it a good mix and using scissors, make a few cuts to the noodles so they're easier to separate. Add optional sesame seeds.
- Give it a taste and adjust seasoning to your preference. Serve and enjoy!
