Viral Magic Shell Yogurt Cup ft Purdys Chocolatier

- 1 bar Purdys Chocolatier Vegan Dark Chocolate 40g
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp peanut butter heat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds
- Sprinkle maldon salt
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts
- Sprinkle Purdys Chocolatier English Toffee chop into pieces
Start by breaking the Vegan Dark Chocolate Bar into small pieces and microwave it in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment, until fully melted.
If using, chop up the English Toffee bar into small pieces.
In your original yogurt cup or a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Level the yogurt mixture to create a flat surface, making it the perfect canvas for the magic shell.
Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts, a pinch of Maldon salt, and the English Toffee bits over the chocolate-coated yogurt.
Pop the cup into the freezer for around 30 minutes or until the chocolate shell becomes beautifully hardened.
Crack open the hardened magic shell with a spoon and dive into pure bliss! ?
Vegan option: to make this recipe completely vegan, use a vegan based yogurt (like coconut or cashew, etc) but keep all of the other ingredients the same
